Administrative Office

Scope of Service

  • Business address and shared administrative office facilities.

  • Answering telephone calls and forwarding telephone messages.

  • Receiving and forwarding telecopier and e-mail messages.

  • Receiving and holding or forwarding mail received by post or courier.

Service Fee

  • USD 1,300 per year or any part thereof payable in advance.

  • USD 250 as deposit against charges debited monthly in arrears at the following rates:

    • USD 60 per hour or any part thereof if time scale for providing this service should exceed 1 hour in any month.

  • Out-of-pocket expenses such as postage, courier, telecommunication, and other costs or charges as incurred.

Invoicing and Secretarial

Scope of Service

  • Invoicing and online billing.

  • Typing and other secretarial work.

Service Fee

  • USD 150 invoicing and online billing set-up fee payable on acceptance of assignment.

  • USD 300 as deposit against charges invoiced monthly in arrears at the following rates:

    • USD 80 per hour or any part thereof for invoicing and online billing.

    • USD 60 per hour or any part thereof for typing and other secretarial work.

  • Out-of-pocket expenses such as postage, courier, telecommunication, and other costs or charges as incurred.

Bookkeeping and Accounting

Scope of Service

  • Maintenance of financial records and data input in computerised accounting system.

  • Preparation of quarterly management accounts and of annual financial statements in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.

  • Consultation with external auditors in respect of matters related to the annual audit of books of account and financial statements.

Service Fee

  • USD 200 accounting ledgers set-up fee payable on acceptance of assignment.

  • USD 350 as deposit against charges invoiced monthly in arrears at the following rates:

    • USD 80 per hour or any part thereof for maintaining financial records and inputting data in computerised accounting system.

    • USD 120 per hour or any part thereof for preparing management accounts and annual financial statements.

    • USD 150 per hour or any part thereof for consulting with external auditors.

  • Out-of-pocket expenses such as postage, courier, telecommunication, and other costs or charges as incurred.

Management Counselling

Scope of Service

  • Undertaking of management consultation assignments.

  • Compilation of budgets and business proposals.

  • Preparation of project appraisal reports.

Service Fees

  • USD 1,600 per assignment payable in advance.

  • USD 160 per hour or any part thereof if time scales should exceed 10 hours per assignment.

  • Out-of-pocket expenses such as postage, courier, telecommunication, and other costs or charges as incurred.

Account Opening

Scope of Service

  • Assistance in selecting a financial institution.

  • Obtaining application forms from selected financial institutions.

  • Ascertaining that documents to be submitted to financial institutions meet all application requirements.

  • Submitting application documents to financial institutions and notification of application results.

Service Fee

  • USD 180 acceptance fee per assignment payable in advance.

  • USD 60 per hour or any part thereof if time scale should exceed 3 hours per assignment.

Paying Agent

Scope of Service

  • Provision of two senior officers authorised to sign jointly on accounts with financial institutions.

  • Checking validity of payment instructions received.

  • Placing payment orders with financial institutions on a fiduciary basis.

  • Confirming execution of payment orders.

Service Fee

  • USD 240 per year or any part thereof.

  • 2.00% of the gross value of each payment, with a minimum of USD 20 per payment.

  • Commissions, fees and other charges of financial institutions as incurred.

Trading Agent

Scope of Service

  • Provision of one senior officer authorised to trade on accounts with financial institutions.

  • Checking validity of trading instructions received.

  • Placing trading orders with financial institutions on a fiduciary basis.

  • Confirming execution of trading orders.

Service Fee

  • USD 120 per year or any part thereof.

  • 0.50% of gross amount of each trade, with a minimum of USD 20 per trade.

  • Commissions, fees and other charges of financial institutions as incurred.

Fiscal Agent

Scope of Service

  • Receiving, holding, and paying out subscription funds for new offerings of securities.

  • Receiving, holding, and paying out dividends and interest due on securities.

  • Withholding from and paying taxes on dividends and interest paid out.

  • Receiving, holding, and paying out funds on the redemption of bonds and other redeemable securities.

Transfer Agent

Scope of Service

  • Issuing, registering and redeeming securities.

  • Ensuring that new offerings of securities are not over issued.

  • Maintaining records of changes in ownership of securities.

  • Cancelling old and issuing new certificates.

  • Resolving problems arising from lost, destroyed, or stolen certificates.

Finance Business

Scope of Service

  • Preliminary discussion and assessment of supporting documents provided by the Client in view of obtaining an authorisation to carry on a finance business in or from within the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis.

  • Drafting of a business plan and policy manual based on information provided by the Client if it has been specifically agreed in writing that these documents are to be provided by us.

  • Ascertaining that documents provided by the Client meet all application requirements and advising the Client of any omission, inconsistency or other material error which in our opinion need to be rectified before submitting any application.

  • Applying to the relevant regulatory authority for an authorisation to carry on the finance business specified in the statutory statement required to be filed with the said authority.

  • Liaison with government officials and notification of application results.

Service Fee

  • USD 2,000 per assignment payable in advance.

  • USD 200 per hour or any part thereof if time scales should exceed 10 hours per assignment.

Public Offering

Scope of Service

  • Preliminary discussion and assessment of supporting documents provided by the Client in view of obtaining an authorisation to circulate a prospectus in or from within the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis.

  • Drafting of a prospectus based on information provided by the Client if it has been specifically agreed in writing that the prospectus is to be provided by us.

  • Ascertaining that documents provided by the Client meet all application requirements and advising the Client of any omission, inconsistency or other material error which in our opinion need to be rectified before submitting any application.

  • Applying to the relevant regulatory authority for an authorisation to circulate the prospectus.

  • Liaison with government officials and notification of application results.

Service Fee

  • USD 1,800 per assignment payable in advance.

  • USD 180 per hour or any part thereof if time scales should exceed 10 hours per assignment.

Citizenship Application

Scope of Service

  • Assistance in securing a qualifying investment.

  • Provision of citizenship and passport application forms and assistance in completing these forms.

  • Filing of citizenship application documents.

  • Liaison with government officials and notification of citizenship application results.

  • Filing of passport application documents for successful citizenship applicants.

  • Delivery by courier of citizenship certificates and passports.

Service Fee

  • USD 2,000 per citizenship application form to be filed payable in advance with a minimum fee of USD 4,000 per household.
