Scope of Service

• Clearing of the proposed name of the trust.

• Preparing a trust deed in the same form as our standard trust deed.

• Filing of the attestation of the trust with the registrar of trusts.

• Delivery of one registration certificate and one copy of the trust deed.

Service Fee

• USD 800 payable in advance.

Scope of Service

• Provision of the office for service.

• Provision of one corporate trustee.

• Administration of the trust in accordance with the provisions of its proper law and trust deed but excluding all accounting compliance requirements.

Service Fee

• USD 2,600 for any year or part thereof payable annually in advance.

• USD 120 per hour or any part thereof payable monthly in arrears if time scale for providing this service should exceed one hour in any month.

Complement

Scope of Service

• Provision of a professional protector for trusts in respect of which we are not also acting as trustee.

Service Fee

• USD 500 per year or any part thereof payable annually in advance.

• USD 120 per hour or any part thereof payable monthly in arrears if time scale for providing this service should exceed one hour in any month.

Ancillaries

Scope of Services

• Drafting of custom trust deeds.

• Preparing documents required to be filed at the time of the redomiciliation or termination of a trust.

• Filing of documents (other than at settlement of trust), providing extracts from public records and obtaining duplicates of certificates.

• Certification of documents by Notary Public or The Hague Apostille.

• Printing duplicates of trust deeds and other documents.

Service Fees

• USD 150 per hour or any part thereof for drafting documents.

• USD 120 per hour or any part thereof for preparing documents.

• USD 90 per hour or any part thereof for filing documents, providing extracts from public records and obtaining duplicates of certificates.

• USD 60 per document certified by Notary Public or The Hague Apostille.

• USD 2 per page for printing duplicates of documents.

Government Fees

Fees for the registration of the attestation of a trust and for filing of its annual statement are as follows:

• Ordinary trusts USD 100

• Exempt trusts USD 200
