• Providing passport application form in electronic format to the applicant.

• Reviewing each passport application form and supporting document received from the applicant.

​

• Contacting the applicant if any passport application form or supporting document is deficient.

​

• Obtaining a local police certificate for the applicant if applicant is 16 or older.

​

• Submitting to Government the passport application form and supporting document together with the old passport issued to the applicant.

​

• Collecting from Government the new passport issued to the applicant and delivering same by courier to the applicant together with the old passport if same is returned by Government.
